Prospective Vendor MUST be certified by General Dynamics Inc. the authorized manufacturer of the CM-300/350 UHF/VHF as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Contractor MUST be able to come to Andrews (316th OSS/OSOF, 1910 Arnold Ave, JBA, MD 20762) and teach CM-300 RX/TX Troubleshooting, System Flow, and Preventative Maintenance Procedures. The classroom instruction would have to be separate from the hands-on portion of the instruction. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.
