The contractor shall provide the expertise and management necessary to Create three (3) social media videos at thirty (30) seconds to one (1) minute (after each locations performance (s). Create one highlight film at one (1), three (3) to five (5) minute culmination film to include music licensing. IAW Section J SOW dated 12 May 2022. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. FAR 52.212-2 describes the evaluation criteria/factors for award, to include the evaluation procedures for the ranking of the Price Proposals, and the assessment of Technical Capability and Past Performance information. Since the Government evaluation of proposals will cover areas identified in FAR 52.212-2, proposals should address all such areas of evaluation. The purpose of this amendment is to update the NAF Standard Clauses. The title of Paragraph 3 has been changed from "CLAIMS" to "CLAIMS & PROTESTS", and Paragraph 3f has been added. The purpose of this amendment is to post the vendor question and responses. Prior to the closing, the RFQ will be formally extended via amendment from 20 May 2022 to 24 May 2022.
