The contractor shall furnish thirty (30) lodging accommodations (single occupancy only and non-smoking rooms) for authorized personnel assigned to the 459th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) at Joint Base Andrews Air Force Base, MD., that will be needed for performing active duty (AD) and inactive (IDT) training tours. It establishes lodging reservation procedures and also provides guidance for handling routine situations in the lodging process during designated Unit Training Assembly (UTA) periods. The 459 ARW requirement for lodging accommodations to be utilized for 60 months beginning 01 January 2022 through 31 December 2025, whereby the periods of availability and performance are outlined in the schedule below under the Performance Period section. The lodging accommodations shall contain living and sleeping areas in accordance with Federal, State, Local, and commercial standards. No more than one person shall be assigned to a single occupancy room. Double occupancy rooms shall be provided on an as needed and available basis. The 459 ARW Authorized Caller List OR Wing Lodging Program Mangers (WLPM) will provided upon finalization of agreement. Moreover, Authorized Caller List OR Wing Lodging Program Mangers will notify and provide the lodging facility with an updated schedule in the event of a schedule change. (Dates will be provided upon finalization of agreement) EXTENT OF OBLIGATION: The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized calls actually placed against this blanket purchase agreement and shall not be liable in any manner in the event no calls are made.
