This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number FA286022Q0007 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 effective 9-10-2021, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) effective 10-29-2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2021-0726 effective 7-26-2021 (updated 10-27-2021). All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. This is a RFQ for Aerobics Instructor Services for the 316th Force Support Squadron (316 FSS) at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. This requirement is a total small business set-aside (100%). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611620, Sports and Recreation Instruction, and Product Service Code is (PSC) G003, Recreational Services, and the business size standard is $8M. Offerors must propose on an all or none basis in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. Prospective offerors must be actively registered with the sam.gov system, and are responsible to download any amendments or other documents from this website without further notice from the Government. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The services shall start (on location) on 4 January 2022. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation the government has no obligation to reimburse or offeror any costs incurred in preparation of a quote.
