This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the 316 CONS, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 ahead of an anticipated procurement to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain and the Child Development Centers 1, 2, and 3 and the Youth Centers at Joint Base Andrews (JBA) in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation of the CDC and Youth Centers in accordance with the PWS. The Contractor shall provide the services outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. Period of performance is a base year, with four (4) option periods and a six (6) month extension. This requirement will be a total 100 % 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561210 Facilities Support Services for which the Small Business size standard is $41.5 million. The PSC code is Z1AZ. This is NOT a solicitation. Do not submit an offer in response to this draft document. Any offers submitted in response to this request will not be evaluated. The Solicitation is anticipated to be posted to beta.sam.gov Contract Opportunities on or about Dec 2021. The closing date for the receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFP. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price service type contract. The solicitation will be posted under solicitation number. This requirement will be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be made available electronically upon its release on Contract Opportunities. This Sources Sought is to ascertain potential vendors and the availability of commercial sources and services in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 10, Market Research. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain knowledge of potential, qualified vendors. It is only for informational purposes. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
