This requirement will result in a firm-fixed price, requirements contract with one (1) 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. It will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The Government intends to award to the offeror that represents the best overall value to the Government. All prospective contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.beta.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. The lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to view this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Solicitation Document: Please see the attached SF 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items, document and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. To be fully responsive, all offerors are required to utilize and complete the SF 1449 solicitation document for proposal submission and follow the instructions contained therein.
