The requirement IAW AFI 31-101, is to provide, mount, install and program seven (7) Internet Protocol (IP) Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ), one (1) fixed camera, and three (3) PTZ cameras as spares to include appropriate mounting components. All components will need to be able to communicate to the exsiting Video Image Control and Display System (VICADS), The Contractor shall be certified in VICADS. Trenching may be necessary. The Contractor shall purchase parts only from the Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD) Equipment Listing.
