NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking responses in order to determine participation in this acquisition. The 316th Contracting Squadron/PKB Contracting Office, Andrews AFB (JBA) intends to procure Automated Lodging Reservation System (ALRS) as a brand name or equal requirement Mobile App 2021 Licenses Under this requirement the contractor shall provide the associated software that meets the following characteristics: Howard, Day & Associates Inc ALRS (Brand Name or Equal) ALRS Mobile App 2021 Licenses (non GSA SIN item) Up to 750 Platinum Package licenses assigned for site use 37,500 SMS outbound texts for 12 months use 7,500 IVR minutes for 12 months 1 Parallels virtual application licenses for concurrent logins The designated NAICS Code is 423430 Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, with a size standard of 500. Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; the Government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice.
