COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR Vehicle Leasing Page 1 of 20 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number FA286021QM004 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-01 effective 10-26-2020, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) effective 10-01-2020, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001 effective 10-1-2019 (updated 9-29-2020). All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. This is a RFQ for Vehicle Leasing Services for the Office of Special Investigations 1st Field Investigations Squadron at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia utilizing brand name or equal salient characteristic requirements. This requirement is a total small business set-aside (100%). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532112, Passenger Car Leasing and the business size standard is $38.5 Million. Offerors must propose on an all or none basis in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. Prospective offerors must be actively registered with the sam.gov system, and are responsible to download any amendments or other documents from this website without further notice from the Government. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for one (1) base year plus two (4) option year periods. The items shall be delivered, FOB Destination, within twenty one (21) days of award to the address identified in Attachment 2 – Pricing Sheet.
