There are two sets of sleeves in the ground for volleyball net poles at BLDG 3705, one of those sets is no longer in use and will be removed The SOW was updated to reflect the changes and changes were highlighted This project is to Resurface Basketball court flooring at Tactical Fitness Center, Bldg. 1444 & East Fitness Center, Bldg. 3705 at Joint Base Andrews MD, in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (See Attachment 1) and all applicable attachments and specifications. All work shall be performed IAW industry, state, federal and local standards for quality and safety This solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number FA286020Q0063 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07/08-31-2020. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. This requirement is a 100% Small-Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330 “Flooring Contractors”, and the business size standard is $16.5 Mil.
