Solicitation number FA286021Q0031 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06, dated 10 June 2021. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. 3. Acquisition Details. This requirement is a 100% Small-Business set-aside award IAW FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-asides. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, the Product Service Code is (PSC) 8940, Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations, and the business size standard is 41,500,000.00 dollars. 4. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for a food and beverage inventory management service to support the 89th Operations Group, 1st Airlift Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must also complete Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. 5.
