The 316th CONS has a requirement to procure a Stand Alone Staff Assistant Duress Alarm System for Joint Base Andrews (JBA), MD and Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB), DC locations. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to deliver and install wireless panic receivers which will allow the staff to alert the front desk of any altercation in the building within the applicable areas. Please see attached Combo Synopsis and Statement of Work with accompanying floor plans. The basis for award will be lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). This will be a set-aside for small businesses. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFP; all costs associated with responding to this RFP will be solely at the interested party's expense. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. IAW MP5332.7 Contract Funding, Release of Solicitations in Advance of Funding Availability: Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
