DESCRIPTION: The 316th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide construction services to repair the roof and HVAC of Naval Facility Building 1560 at Joint Base Andrews. All work shall be in accordance with (IAW) current industry standards and other specifications as identified in contractual documents. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: iive Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(f), the magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
