This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA2860QM04X is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. 1. Acquisition Details This requirement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with FAR 19.14. For further details on evaluation procedures, refer to FAR clause 52.212-2 “Evaluation – Commercial Items” located below in this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332420 “Metal Tank (Heavy Gauge) Manufacturing” and the business size standard is 750 EMPLOYEES. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5430. 2. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract for Storage Tank for Antifreeze/Latrine Fluid for the 89th APS at Joint Base Andrews. Contractor shall provide the Storage Tank for Antifreeze/Latrine Fluid IAW the SON and this RFQ. Please see attached SON and RFQ for additional details. For information regarding the fluid to be stored in the tank, please see attached LavFluid Spec Sheet. This requirement is FOB destination.
