This is a sources sought synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the 11th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, Market Research, to determine interest and capabilities of potential sources to provide; Flight Attendant Uniforms This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis. This requirement will be for a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement with the United States Air Force. Interested Vendors must be able to provide these items in a timely manner to the government with short notice given. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors to provide: Flight Attendant Uniforms The following items will be needed in mass quantities and various sizes for both men and women Name and Logo Embroidery as well as alterations will be needed for items listed: Men’s Women’s Color Classic Fit Blazer Jacket Black Classic Fit Trouser Straight Trouser Black Slim Tie Straight Skirt Black Double Pocket Vest Double Pocket Vest Black Skinny Tie (various colors) Dress Black Broadcloth Shirt Open Neck Blouse White Oxford Shirt Oxford Blouse Silver Oxford Shirt Oxford Blouse White Oxford Shirt Oxford Blouse Green Oxford Shirt Oxford Blouse Blue Scarf Scarf Unknown Tie (various colors) Cardigan Black Teflon Polo Teflon Polo Tan Interested sources capable of providing this requirement must respond via e-mail to malik.r.brown7.civ@mail.mil, referencing Flight Attendant Uniforms no later than 29 May 2020, at 12PM EST (local time). Interested sources shall indicate whether they are capable of providing the subject requirement, how long after issuance of a purchase order would it take to complete the requirement, and furthermore indicate their size and status (i.e., small business, 8(a), HUB Zone, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.). No other information is required at this time. Based upon the responses received, the Government will determine the set-aside method for the procurement. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice. This source sought synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources.
