A mandatory site visit is required for a quote to be acceptable and will be held on Hanscom AFB on September 3, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM ET. Vendors must register by 9:00 AM ET on August 27, 2026, and are limited to two attendees per vendor. Attendees need REAL ID-compliant identification and vehicle registration/proof of insurance, with commercial vehicles discouraged. Performance of services will occur at Building 1108, Hanscom AFB, MA.
