As a result of this delay, the due date for submissions has been extended to Monday, 8 September 2025 no later than 1:00PM ET. This effort requires a vendor capable of providing one-time cleaning services for Building 1614 located on Hanscom AFB, covering approximately 172,000 square feet. The goal is to improve the physical environment by meeting industry standards and eliminating built-up dirt and allergens. The contractor will professionally clean all Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) air handlers, vent grates, lighting fixtures along the main hallway, and steam-clean the carpets within the designated area of responsibility.
