The vendor shall provide various size tanks to store chemicals, gases, and mixtures purchased through them. The vendor shall provide various size tanks to store chemicals, gases, and mixtures purchased through them. The tanks provided shall be inspected on a recurring basis per Federal and State Regulations. Vendor shall have the capabilities to providing inspection reports for each individual tank and provided Safety Data Sheets for each chemical inside a rented tank. All tanks rented and no longer used shall be retrieved by the vendor upon ordering of new chemicals, gases, mixtures, or upon notification that the tank(s) is no longer needed. Tank(s) that cannot be picked up at no fault to the Government shall not be charged a rental fee. Tanks provided shall be billed monthly. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Bid Schedule.
