This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act and FAR part 36. This is a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) open-end contract for professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services against which task orders for specific project requirements will be issued. The definitive scope of each individual study, investigation, design, project inspection or other services will be as defined in a Task Order SOW provided with a request for proposal for each task order. The Task Order SOW will include the overall intent of the individual task order. Equipment lists and/or layouts will be provided upon request but are for informational purposes only. The A/E shall be responsible to recommend efficient and cost-effective equipment or layouts. A/E Design Services (Title IA Investigatory & Title IB Design); Limited A/E Construction Supervision and Inspection (Title II). Other A/E Services (investigations, studies, or assessments). The Government anticipates a multiple award IDIQ with 3 awardees. The anticipated contract ceiling is $20 million.
