This posting is not a solicitation and the Government is not resposible for any costs associated with response. Hanscom AFB is exploring options for establishing a contract vehicle for emergency lodging services. This would be used to quickly and safely house individuals in local hotels within 10 miles of Hanscom AFB (ideally around Burlington, Woburn, Lexington, or Bedford MA, but not restricted to those cities) if an evacuation is necessary. The potential vendor would be responsible for locating lodging, negotiating rates, booking, and handling billing for hotel accommodations and services. The potential vendor will be able to secure these accommodations within hours of notification / receipt of an order.
