Solicitation Multiple Award Contract for Small Purchase Orders (MACSPO) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Hanscom Air Force Base, MA This solicitation is to award (7) Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Construction Contracts under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with the size standard of $39.5M. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation notice or any follow up information requests. This will be 100% Small Business Set Aside. This multiple-award IDIQ is for a broad range of commercial services, supplies and maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects, under the simplified acquisition threshold, on real property at the following locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), MA; Sagamore Hill Electronics Research Annex – Hamilton, MA; Fourth Cliff Recreation Annex –Humarock, MA; and Cape Cod Space Force Station – Joint Base Cape Cod-Sagamore, MA. Work under this IDIQ contract shall include but not limited to replacing and repairing flooring, carpets, alarms, doors, and fencing. Work will also be required in the following trades but not limited to painting, landscaping, carpentry, interior renovation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, welding, painting, demolition, and concrete masonry. The project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
