UPDATE: PROPOSAL DUE DATE EXTENDED TO 4 DECEMBER 2022. The contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, supplies, oversight and management, record keeping and administration for the services necessary to support emergency and nonemergency response and cleanup activities related to spills, accidental discharges of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance Page 2 of 22 Version 22 28 Feb 2022 with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, Department of the Air Force (DAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
