The work consists of performing Monthly,Quarterly and Semi Annual maintenance by providing technician to perform preventive maintenance (PM) services to maintain six (6) APC DX INROW Model ACRP 101 Cooling and Condenser units in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s maintenance instructions, specifications and this PWS. Units are located in rooms 175 and 165 in building 1607, 15 Eglin St, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731. Period of performance: 12 month base year, with 4, 1 year option periods. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision required to accomplish Monthly, Quarterly and Semi Annual preventive maintenance as stated in this PWS.
