This Solicitation is for the new Sitework and Paving IDIQ at Hanscom AFB. All work will be done IAW the Base Sitework and Paving IDIQ SOW dated 2 July 2020, which is included in the attachments section of this posting. The work to be performed is under North American Classification System (NAICS) 237310 with the size standard of $39.5M and the magnitude of this contract is $10,000,000-$25,000,000. The minimum order guarantee on this contract is $2,500. No individual Task Order will exceed $3,000,000. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside with competition restricted to small businesses with their headquarters located within a 60 mile radius of the Hanscom AFB Civil Engineering compound located at 120 Grenier St, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731. The general scope of the prospective Contract is for the Contractors to provide repair/replacement of roadways, curbing, and sidewalks, including required demolition and earthwork, at various locations throughout Hanscom Air Force Base, Sagamore Hill Electronics Research Annex - Hamilton, MA; Fourth Cliff Recreation Annex - Humarock, MA; Cape Cod Air Force Station - Sagamore, MA; Patriot Golf Course - Bedford, MA; and New Boston Air Force Station - New Boston, NH. The Solicitation (Invitation for Bids -IFB) is downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY. This package is now available for interested bidders to download, bids must be hand-delivered to this address: Bldg. 1617 Old Bedford Rd, Hanscom AFB, MA, 01731 Bids are due between 9:00 AM EST and 12:00 PM EST on 04 December 2020. Questions regarding this IFB are due NLT 4:30 PM EST on 19 November 2020, answers to questions will be posted 1 day after questions are due. Please prepare your proposal according to the following requirements: a. Please provide unit pricing for all items in accordance with (IAW) the Bid Schedule. For all sections of the Bid Schedule, Offeror shall input the unit prices in the appropriate column. BID OPENING: Bid opening shall take place in Building 1604 at Hanscom AFB, MA in the 1st floor conference room on 04 December 2020 at 2:00 PM EST. Contractors WILL NOT be permitted to attend Bid Opening; a government Zoom call will be organized for the Bid Opening and the call-in information will be available with the IFB on Beta.SAM no later than 3 days prior to Bid Opening.
