Amended Dates: Proposals must be received via e-mail only no later than 4:00 PM EST on Monday, 28 Sep 2020.A Site visit will be held on Tuesday, 22 Sep 2020 at 10:30 AM EST. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must submit names of the attendees to the POC, marika.trantanella.1@us.af.mil, no later than 12:00 PM on 17 Sep 2020. It is highly recommended to attend the site visit due to the nature of this project. Questions are to be submitted via email only to the POC by 4:30 PM EST on 23 Sep 2020. Project Title: Chimney Removal (partial) and Roof repair This project is intended to remove the chimney to the roofline, replace chimney area with roof material and repair surrounding roof at building 322, Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC) A. Solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses in local area B. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, dated 21 July 2020. C. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. D. Proposals must be received via e-mail only no later than 4:00 PM EST on Monday, 21 Sep 2020. E. Proposals must be valid for 90 days. F. Proposals must include the attached Standard Form 1442 and Section B. G. Point of Contact (POC) is as follows: Marika Trantanella, Contract Specialist, marika.trantanella.1@us.af.mil or the Contracting Officer Thomas Robertson at thomas.robertson.7@us.af.mil. H. A Site visit will be held on Tuesday, 15 Sep 2020 at 10:30 AM EST. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must submit names of the attendees to the POC, marika.trantanella.1@us.af.mil, no later than 12:00 PM on 10 Sep 2020.
