Hanscom AFB personnel may also be required to move off Base into leased facilities. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.101 "non-personal services", this requirement is for non- personal services, meaning that the personnel rendering the service(s) under this blanket purchase agreement (BPA) are not subject , either by the BPA terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees;
