The purpose of this Sources Sought/RFI is to conduct market research in order to determine whether responsible sources exist. This Sources Sought/RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought/RFI or any follow up information requests. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 Engineering Services. The size standard to be considered small for this effort is $25.5 million. The intent of this project is to increase the ceiling on an already existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services against which delivery orders for specific project requirements will be issued. The definitive scope of each individual study, investigation, design, project inspection or other services will be as defined in a Delivery Order SOW provided with a request for proposal for each delivery order. The Delivery Order SOW will include the overall intent of the individual delivery order.
