As of 4 September 2025 - this requirement is being postponed until further notice. The intent of this contract is to install Fiber-To-The-Desk (FTTD) and audio-visual (A/V) cables that will connect video teleconferencing (VTC) systems within the conference rooms of a building located at Hanscom AFB. The contractor must be capable of implementing TAA/NDAA-compliant FTTD and A/V cabling solutions, strict security, performance, and compliance standards, identify compatibility with Cisco Room Kit-based VTC systems in classified/unclassified environments and understand labor and material sourcing timelines to determine if 90-day period of performance.
