The Air Force Test Center at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is seeking quotations for 15 heavy-duty flex wing rotary cutters (540 RPM or equal) under a combined synopsis/solicitation using commercial procedures. The resulting firm-fixed-price contract will be performed in accordance with Salient Characteristics dated 28 April 2026. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 333924 (900-employee size standard), PSC 3750, and offerors must identify their business size status in their quotations. Funding is not currently available, but the Government anticipates award no later than 30 December 2026, with possible earlier award if funding becomes available.
