The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, transportation, equipment, and labor necessary for 20NO5 & 25P12 timber removal services at Eglin AFB, FL in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated April 2026, SF1449 Solicitation, and maps. This award will consist of one contract line item number CLIN (0001) with 470 acres that contains approximately 11,345 tons of pine timber. Timber will be sold on a lump-sum basis where the winning bidder pays 100% of the bid price at the start of the contract. 1.
