The Air Force Test Center at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for comprehensive maintenance, service, and support of the Lenel Access Control System (ACS), including semi-annual preventative maintenance and annual Lenel software updates and support. This is a 100% small business set-aside, and the contractor must be an authorized Lenel seller capable of supporting the existing infrastructure. Award will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, with pricing required for all CLINs and delivery under FOB Destination terms to Eglin AFB. Offerors must keep their proposed pricing firm for 365 calendar days.
