In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. ?This solicitation outlines the requirements for solid waste management services, specifically municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and cardboard recycling, at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. These services are to be provided at the following locations: Eglin Main, Duke Field, Camp Rudder, 7th Special Forces facilities, and Eglin ranges and sites. Follow all directions outlined within the Request for Proposal (RFP).
