Amendment Dated 8-19-2025 The purpose of this amendment is to attached the Questions and Answers and attached the amended Salient Characteristics. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA282325Q0073 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 01/17/2025. This solicitation is designated for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial service is 334519; the small business size standard is 600 employees. Eglin Air Force Base has a requirement for Ground Penetrating Radar System (GPRS). See Salient characteristic. This requirement consists of one (1) line items: CLIN: 0001 The Governments intent is to award a single firm-fixed price contract between the Government and the Contractor. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for the any bid preparation costs. All quotes shall be valid until 30 October 2025. All questions are due NLT 19 August 2025 at 9:00 AM. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Offerors are required to provide their Contractor’s DUNS Number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://sam.gov. Offerors must have a current SAM record prior to receiving an award for this solicitation. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their quote has been received and is legible. Quotes must be received by the 96 AFTC/PZIOCA Contracting Office no later than 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on 22 August 2025.
