The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. In no particular order of significance, the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: i. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the government requirement; ii. Past performance; iii Price iv. SPRS IAW 252.204-7024 Quotes must be FOB Destination and state the delivery date ARO.
