This is a combined synopss/solicitation for commodities prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. Quotes must meet technical requirements of the attached TRD line-for-line to be considered valid. The award will be made using best value determination criteria. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. In no particular order of significance, the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: i. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the government requirement; ii.
