Synopsis 1 February 2024 FROM: Contracting Office, 308 West D Ave-Bldg 260 Ste 130 Eglin AFB, FL 32542 SUBJECT: BPA IT Destruction (NAICS: 562211, PSC: F108), Anticipated RFQ: FA282324Q9001 Description: The contractor shall provide full functionality for complete destruction of IT and computer equipment, as well as any classified program material sent for destruction. The requirement is for a period of performance (PoP) at the time of agreement plus 5 years. Contractor must be an approved Department of the Air Force SAP Security Director commercial destruction facility that demonstrates full capability to perform for this requirement. MFR SOP Appendix 1 - DAF Approved SAP IT Sanitization Facility, dated 04 Nov 2020. The place of contract performance for the BPA will be at the contractor’s facility. The contractor’s facility will need to be within a 550-mile radius of Eglin AFB in Florida. The line items are to be decided (TBD) as well. This is contemplated as other than small business.
