The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, is soliciting a requirement for a Gym Divider. This requirement is described in the attached SOW (Statement of Work). This Request for Quote (RFQ) does not include Brand name specific items and is 100% small business set-aside on SAM.GOV. Offerors must submit one firm fixed price quote for all the items included in this requirement. Partial quotes may be considered technically unacceptable. Quotes must be received via email by the date and time listed in the RFQ. Quotes that are posted late (i.e. after the date and time listed), incomplete, or to any other email location will be considered to be late or ineligible and will not be evaluated by the Government. The Government will award a firm fixed price delivery order to the responsible offeror that submits a fully responsive offer determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability shall consist of a quote which conforms to the specific requirements of the documents in this RFQ and does not present a high level of item, price or supplier risk. DFARS provision 252.204.7024 is hereby included in this RFQ and will be considered in making the risk assessment. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Invoices will be submitted and paid via WAWF.
