The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida is soliciting a requirement for a Fire Truck Engine Replacement. This requirement is described in the attached COMBO and SOW documents. This RFQ includes no brand name only items and is a 100% small business set-aside through SAM. Offerors must submit one (1) firm fixed price quote for all of the requirements in the SOW. Partial quotes may be considered technically unacceptable. Quotes must be received through SAM by the date and time listed in the RFQ. Quotes that are posted late (i.e. after the date and time listed), incomplete, or at any location other than through SAM will be considered to be late and will not be evaluated by the Government. The Government will award a firm fixed price task order to the responsible offeror that submits a fully responsive offer determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical acceptability shall consist of a quote which conforms to the specific requirements of this RFQ, COMBO and all SOW specifics. Invoices will be submitted and paid via WAWF. This project includes the Delivery of the Engine in question and the return for refurbishment of the Engine being removed for replacement. Please pay specific and detailed attention to the SOW and its requirements.
