This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA282324Q0055 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 2024-05. This solicitation is designated for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial service is 238290; the small business size standard is $22,000,000.00. Eglin Air Force Base has a requirement for Vertical Transportation Equipment Maintenance, Repair & Inspection. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement consists of five (5) line items: CLIN 0001: Monthly Full Service – Base Year (01 October 2024 – 30 September 2025) CLIN 1001: Monthly Full-Service – Option Year 1 (01 October 2025 – 30 September 2026) CLIN 2001: Monthly Full-Service – Option Year 2 (01 October 2026 – 30 September 2027) CLIN 3001: Monthly Full-Service – Option Year 3 (01 October 2027 – 30 September 2028) CLIN 4001: Monthly Full-Service – Option Year 4 (01 October 2028 – 30 September 2029) The Governments intent is to award a single firm-fixed price contract between the Government and the Contractor. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for the any bid preparation costs. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made until funds are available. All quotes shall be valid until 30 October 2024. A site visit will be held on 07 August 2024 at 9:00 AM CST at Eglin AFB Bldg 632. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://beta.sam.gov. Offerors must have a current SAM record prior to receiving an award for this solicitation.
