Contractor to provide all compatible components necessary to: •Remove power to existing condenser unit Model TCDV 251-A using proper lock out tag out procedures. •Remove the existing condenser unit Model TCDV 251-A and all connected hardware. •Remove and recover refrigerant in accordance with EPA guidelines. •Install new condenser unit that meets current lab requirements for cooling (see “Unit To Be Replaced Specifications” below). •Secure power to new condenser unit. •Charge system with refrigerant to factory specifications. •Perform start up and verify proper operation. •Install protective barrier around perimeter to prevent damage to coil intake. •Removal and disposal of old unit. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and safety equipment for all elements of the project to provide a complete and properly operative installation. Contractor is to provide an itemized service proposal when solicitation is open for bid. Technicians performing the work shall be Air Condition Systems qualified and have no less than one (1) years minimum of experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing A/C Systems.
