The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor shall perform all work requirements in accordance with (IAW) established commercial practices and as specifically defined the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, local, statutes and base regulations. This is a Base Year with 4 Option Year Requirement, for nine months each year (growing season) from March 15 –December 15.
