Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL has a requirement for the Renovation of Building 600. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Contractors with a size standard of $39.5M. Statement of Magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This is a 100% Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business Set-Aside competitive acquisition utilizing a best value source selection process and award will be made based upon the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. Work will include removal of existing exterior, interior, and structural components, mechanical system components, electrical components, finishes, ceilings, walls, windows, doors, associated hardware and the installation of upgraded components as shown on the construction documents, and phased as indicated on the plans, specifications, and other construction documents. 29 June 2022 - Formal Release of Amendment 001 The purpose of this amendment is to update Section 1.5.5 Recency Assessment in Section M. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 27 July 2022 - Formal Release of Amendment 002 1. Post RFI questions and answers. 2. Post the site visit sign in sheet. 3. Replace the 50 Division Worksheet with two worksheets. One 50 Division worksheet is for the BASE BID and the second 50 Division Worksheet is for the BID OPTION. BOTH NEED TO BE FILLED OUT. 4. Add the following documents: Submittal Register, Specification Section 05 52 00, Specification Section 07 60 00, and Revised Drawings: FP-100, FP-101, FP-102, FP-103, FP-503, M-101, M-102, M-104, M-110, M-111, M-112, M-113, M-114, M-115, M-601, M-602, and M-701. 5. Update the proposal due date from 2 August 2022 to 9 August 2022. **"Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." 8 August 2022 - Formal Release of Amendment 03 The purpose of this amendment is to post additional questions and answers and update the proposal due date from 9 August 2022 to 11 August 2022.
