The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336612. The acquisition is a total small business set aside. This project includes, but is not limited to the following: High Speed Maneuverable Seaborne Targets, See the attached list of full specifications. This requirement is for commercial, center console boats which will be used as High Speed Maneuverable Seaborne Targets. The craft shall be capable of sustained speeds of forty plus (40+) knots in full load operating condition in sea state three. The HSMST shall have a deep “V” ocean-going heavy duty, ruggedized aluminum hull Be built to meet American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) and American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) standards.
