Statement of Magnitude is between $1,000,000 - $500,000,000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive acquisition utilizing a best value source selection process and award will be made based upon the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. This project includes, but is not limited to the following, Design Build the removal and replacement of the HVAC System including ductwork, AHUs, controls and associated equipment along with the modification or replacement of the existing fire suppression and fire alarm system located in Bldg. 1326 on Eglin AFB. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 12 May 2020 and the Amendment dated 07 July 2020. The performance period is 330 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
