The Operational Contracting Office at Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and competitively establish a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for its Packing and Crating services requirement. Under the Packing and Crating requirement, the local contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform packing, containerization, and drayage of personal property services for Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, and surrounding areas to include inbound, outbound, and intra-city/intra-area moves designated in the BPA. The anticipated period of performance will be for four (4) years from date of award. The services shall be performed in Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, and Santa Rosa counties, as well as Eglin AFB area, which consists of the main base, auxiliary fields, ranges, and test sites. The local area is defined as a reasonable proximity to Eglin AFB in order to accomplish intra-city/intra-area moves (approximately within 150 miles of the main base).
