The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals, with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a full and open competitive requirement utilizing lowest price technically acceptable evaluation criterion. This is a brand name requirment. Award will be made in the best interest of the Government IAW FAR 13.5 as a competitive acquisition utilizing a best value source selection process and award will be made based upon the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 15.1. Proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time.
