This requirement is for staging, lighting, and sound services for a unveiling event. The contractor shall provide lighting services for one (1) event performance by the U.S. Air Force (USAF) Eglin AFB at Hangar 102 for an aircraft unveiling event. The event will be held at 102 Choctawhatchee Drive, Eglin AFB, Hangar 102. The Contractor will provide the appropriate number of trained personnel and equipment necessary to support, setup and accomplish all items listed in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide the appropriate number of trained persons and equipment necessary to accomplish all tasks and services in accordance with Statement of Work. (SOW). This also will include any support equipment necessary for setup. Laborers who are attached to this required service are accountable to wear masks and practice safety measures while we are in this COVID restrictive status.
