Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals for NEW offeror's from 09 March 2021 to 15 March 2021 5:00 PM CST. Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section M, paragraph 1.5.6 Table M2 to change how the Government will determine relevancy when assessing recent submissions of past performance information. Changes are provided under the updated Attachment 7 Section M dated 9 Feb 21 provided under this amendment. Based on the Government changes identified above offerors who have submitted a proposal in response to the original solicitation are allowed ten (10) calendar days from date of issuance of this amendment to provide additional past performance information for evaluation purposes. In addition all offerors shall extend the validty of the proposal from 180 days to 270 days from date of issuance of original solicitaiton. The number of past performance information sheets as defined in Section L, paragraph 3.1 remain unchanged, therefore offerors should ensure that they clearly identify any changes to the information being provided. At a minimum all offerors shall sign, date and return the Standard Form 30. Any offeror who has not already submitted a proposal and now based on the revision above would like to be considered SHALL notify the PCO in writing of their intent to be considered within five (5) calendar days from date of issuance of this amendment with the understanding that proposal must comply with the terms and conditions of the original solicitation as amendment through this amendment. New proposal SHALL be submitted with 30 calendar days from date of issuance of this amendment for any new offeror. AMENDMENT 1 IS PROVIDED TO ADD MISSING SECTION L ATTACHMENT L5; SECTION L AND ITS ATTACHMENTS HAS BEEN PROVIDED AS SEPARATE DOCMENTS DUE TO SCANNING ISSUES; Q&AS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED UNDER RFI ATTACHMENT AND THE TYPO IN THE MONTH FOR QUESTIONS HAS BEEN CORRECTED TO SEPTEMBER. The Air Force Test Center, Operational Contracting Office, Eglin AFB, Florida has a requirement to Construct Concrete Targets Requirements Contract, Eglin AFB FL. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238110 and the size standard of $15M. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE acquisition. The work is located at Eglin AFB FL and the Eglin Range. Estimated magnitude of construction is more than $10,000,000.00 for a 12-month basic plus four (4) 12-month option years. This is a paperless acquisition. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Potential offerors are advised to read the RFP carefully. Proposals are due no later than 14 October 2020 at 1:00 pm CST. Questions shall be submitted NLT 21 September 2020 by 4:00 pm CST. Delivery insructions can be found in Section L of the solicitation.
