The vendor agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the 30 July 2019. Questions/inquiries shall be emailed to both the Contract Specialist, monique.robinson.1@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, david.jesmain.1@us.afmil. no later than 2:00 P.M Central Standard Time on 31 Jul 2019. All responses to the solicitation must be received no later than 12:00 P.M., Central Standard Time on 2 August 2019. Vendors shall submit packages to Monique Robinson via email at monique.robinson.1@us.af.mil and David Jesmain, david.jesmain.1@us.af.mil. Quotes or modification of quotes, received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified WILL NOT be considered. Vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) before award can be made.
