The North American lndustry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M. The acquisition is a competitive 100% Small Business set aside. Award will be made based upon the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. The intent of this project is to reconfigure the floor plan for control rooms in Bldg 380. This project includes, but is not limited to the following, the contractor removal ofexisting interior, and structural components, mechanical system components, electrical and communications components, finishes, ceilings, walls, doors, associated hardware and the installation of upgraded components as shown on the construction documents. In general, the work includes furnishing labor materials in accordance with the Project Drawings and work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements and regulations set forth in the plans, specifications, the contract documents and by the Statement of Work dated June 2018. The performance period is 365 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a Govemment contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
